JSMC Foods Corp. is a Pampanga based restaurant group founded by Jack Uy, Wency Tancungco, and Chris Oronce who is also the corporate chef. The founders all exhibit a wealth in knowledge in the food, hospitality and business sectors.
JSMC currently operates two restaurants: Namari Japanese Bistro and Cactus Jack Smokehouse. We are committed to creating restaurant concepts that delivers rich and bold flavours by the food they cook, the interior design that complements the food and completes the experience, and service which exceeds customers’ expectations.
About NAMARI JAPANESE BISTRO
Namari Japanese Bistro brings modern Japanese cuisine to Angeles City, Pampanga. We continually raise the bar and sets the standards for high quality Japanese cuisine. Namari believes that delicious and good quality Japanese food should be accessible to everyone.
The menu delivers dishes with bold flavours plated simply and fresh. At Namari, quality is clearly communicated to guests through high quality ingredients, flavours, and service to achieve what Japanese cuisine is all about. In the menu, Chef Chris Oronce introduces contemporary rolls and new style sashimi plates like the ‘Smoked Ahi Tuna-Sashimi Style’ infused with Truffle Yuzu Ponzu. Namari also offers the ‘Teppanyaki Omakase’ an original concept by Chef Chris. (‘Omakase’ a Japanese phrase which means “I’ll leave it up to you”.) It is a table serviced 9 course, two hour eat all you can that goes on and on.
WINES & SAKE
It is very much a reﬂection of the menu with an assortment of Sake from Hakushika Honjozo Namachozo to Hakkaisan Dai Ginjo. The wines by the glass and carafe are available in rouge and blanc.
